Returns & Exchanges
At Flower Instincts, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original Flower Instincts box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the package.
Ship the Return
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
